Kylo Zinc Oxide White Seal is manufactured in a state of art facility in Sonepat, Haryana spread across 40600 sq. ft.
Our chemists and technicians are highly experienced in the production of zinc oxide and know the depths and techniques to produce the best quality industry suited zinc oxide
STEP 1
PROCUREMENT OF HIGH QUALITY ZINC DROSS
Our chemists analyze each batch of zinc dross received for production and ensure minimum foreign particles in the same.
STEP 2
FURNACE BURNING AND BLOWING
The dross is put in furnace which turn into fumes and flows through a 300 feet pipe to finally get collected in 6 collection tanks
STEP 3
MATERIAL PACKING AND TESTING
The collection tanks are emptied and each batch is tested for specifications. Approved lots get packed into Kylo Zinc Oxide 25 kgs HDPE bags
